No guarantee
Preflight identifies likely rejection risks. Apple independently decides every App Review outcome; purchase does not guarantee approval.
Satisfaction refund
If the delivered review is unsatisfactory, request a refund within 14 days of payment and explain the shortfall. Eligible payments are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
